Bohemia Interactive has just announced the 20th Anniversary Arma Series special stream that will take place next Tuesday on June 22nd. The stream will be broadcasted on the Arma 3 YouTube channel and on Twitch.

Bohemia Interactive CEO Marek Spanel, Creative Director Ivan Buchta, and Arma 3 community manager Niles George will be hosting the 2-hour event. The company will be reliving some old memories, and play some iconic Arma missions live. In addition, fans might also be getting great news in the special stream.

However, Bohemia Interactive has already steered clear by saying that there will not be any talks of a new release. The transparency in this regard will keep all speculations and rumors at bay.

Originally released as Operation Flashpoint 20 years ago in June 2001, the franchise has since earned the hearts of millions of military game-loving fans from all around the world. What better way to celebrate the legacy of this IP in the way that it deserves. Bohemia Interactive plans to organize a full 20-days commemoration starting June 22d with special content and social media activities for fans to come together and revisit the epic journey of Arma.

Back in April, Bohemia and third-party developer Savage Game Design announced a new Creator DLC for Arma 3 based on the Vietnam War. The new DLC transported players to Vietnam, delivering a historic military sandbox experience on a scale that has never been seen in a video game.
